About INSIDE CONSULTING

During his career, which started in accounting and progressed into global corporate finance operations leadership roles, Inside Consulting’s founder, James Robinson, always had a strong interest in finding technical solutions to support business performance and customer experience.  

Driven by this interest and desire to learn more, he set out to get Salesforce certifications, while working on the idea to set up a consultancy providing clients with not only technical and IT expertise, but also business advice and solutions based on his extensive leadership experience. 

As a result, Inside Consulting was born and founded in 2009, with a small team providing personalised, business-focused Salesforce solutions to their SME clients (small-to-medium enterprises) ever since. 

For more than a decade now, James and his team have successfully helped clients in a range of sectors including financial services, aged care, manufacturing, recruitment, tourism and not-for-profit organisations meet their business goals.
